Who is he anyway?

Meet Me.

My name is Reece. Some of you may know me personally, but I’m the person behind Showboat City Photography.
Long before I ever thought of photography as a business, I was taking pictures of just about anything I thought was cool. I’d take photos simply because I wanted to be able to look back on those moments later. I guess that never really changed, and somewhere along the way, that passion turned into Showboat City Photography.

For me, photography has never been just about taking pictures. It’s about memories, people, and community. Whether I’m photographing an public event, a winning touchdown, a cool truck, or a first family photo, I want to capture something that you’ll actually want to keep. Something that takes you right back to that moment years from now. Photography has also given me the opportunity to meet people I may have never crossed paths with otherwise. I love being able to provide a service for someone new, get to know them, and hopefully create something they’re genuinely excited to have.

Outside of photography, my career goal is to work in the fire service as a first responder. Helping people, being part of a community, and showing up when it matters are things that are important to me, and those values carry over into the way I approach photography.

Why Pick Me?

When you work with me, my goal is simple: I want you to feel like you received photos that were worth having, not just photos you paid for. I want you to look through them years from now and still think, “I’m glad I have these.” Not every photo is just 'point and click', its planned out. The way I think you'd like it.
